Eight-year-old Saber has a close relationship with his grandfather and wants to learn to play the Al-Rababa (a traditional Egyptian musical instrument) and perform songs known only to older generations, songs that are in danger of being forgotten
The grandfather decides to instill in Saber his love of the sound of Rababa.
Saber searches for balance and harmony between his adult and child life.
